A major house refurbishment including ground and first floor remodelling and structural alterations with a revisit by us for the second phase of adding a loft conversion.
Another inhouse design and build scheme. The client brief was to take ownership of the recently purchased 1930’s house, make it theirs and be suitable for their young family to grow in. This included a major refurbishment and modernising all areas of the house, including all MEP.
The property was completely reconfigured with the removal of most ground floor internal walls and the introduction of a large opening with full slide aside doors onto the rear gardens. The first floor was reconfigured to allow more equal sized bedrooms for the young family, a first floor office and installation of 3 new bathrooms. Only one room of the first floor remained unchanged,
