Hi I’m Danny Fox, I run Detailed Developments, it is my company.
I have nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, working my way up from being very hands on to now running the company and the projects. I have built a team of competent, trustworthy and tested tradesmen, assistants and sub-contractors that work under my direction, these enable me to confidently undertake my projects and deliver them within budget and time frame allocated.
I’m 3rd generation in the construction industry. My father is our architect.
I have numerous clients and successful projects under my belt and would be interested in understanding how I can help you with your project.
I provide detailed, transparent quotations, payment schedules and work programmes so that you can see exactly how the project is running and when payments are due and what for.
I collaborate with all professionals required to enable the project to run smoothly and according to design. This includes architects, interior designers, structural engineers, party wall surveyors and building control inspectors. We even have an inhouse architectural design team to provide detailed drawings where required and to enable a complete design and build package if required.
My projects span across the home improvement, refurbishment spectrum from small internal reconfigurations to complete and entire house refurbishments. We are very experienced in refurbishments, and we understand the stresses these cause to not just the clients, but to neighbours too, we do our utmost to alleviate these stresses wherever possible. We actually enjoy the interaction with clients during the process and get great satisfaction from delivering a job well done.
We do not undertake new build at this time as we enjoy the interaction with clients.
