Rear extension. A standout project on a road where we have undertaken 6 projects. The brief, to make the existing dingy kitchen area somewhere inviting to entertain.
To achieve this, we added a small single storey extension. We enhanced the connection with the loved garden by lowering the existing floor and provided some graceful steps down into the new kitchen dining, living space, this allowed an easy flow into the external entertaining area. Again, we worked closely with the architect and interior designers to deliver the high-quality finished project.
The neighbours were so impressed with the work and how they were carried out, we simply moved across the street and carried out the work adding a rear extension with enlarged light filled kitchen, dining, living zones, with connection to new garden and exterior landscaping, ground floor shower room and a new loft conversion.
