A large scale property overhaul.
This project required a double storey side extension and the complete removal of a chimney before the whole roof could be removed and raised up to allow for the new loft conversion to be constructed across the new footprint of the property.
This was carried out with minimal disturbance and disruption to the remaining house underneath. Additional works included internal structural alterations, new plumbing and heating system, a full re-wire, a new garage and driveway with entrance approach.
