A small rear addition to increase the kitchen and dining area, but with a twist.
Cork cladding to the exterior of the extension and bold use of colours to the door and windows, extending into the interior. The exposed steelwork was enhanced by the use of onsite welding to remove unsightly cleats and bolts on this designer led project.
Small, but with major attention to detail. Built in cabinetry and seating hid the essential mechanics of the house, hot water, washing, drying and heating hidden behind frameless units with a reading banquette, the dining area cossetted with perfectly detailed divider. The floor came up a treat too.
